All players will wear a safety harness when on the Treadmill. If a player is to ever to fall on the treadmill, our safety harness system simply allows the player to hang without getting hurt.

HOW DOES THE TREADMILL COMPARE TO REAL ICE?

To compare the Treadmill to the ice is like comparing a swimmer swimming in a calm lake where there’s no current and a swimmer swimming up a river where they’re faced with a current. Facing the current will make it more challenging, but will yield in greater and faster gains once stepping back onto the ice.

HOW OFTEN WILL I HAVE TO SHARPEN MY SKATES AFTER USING THE TREADMILL?

Depending on the frequency of use, the Treadmill will dull the skate blades 1.5 to 2 times faster than on the ice. It is recommended that players sharpen their skates after use if going back to an on-ice game.

DO YOU HAVE A WEIGHT ROOM AND SHOOTING AREA?

No, we are currently only set up for lessons on the skating treadmill. Players are able to stick handle on the treadmill but not shoot.
